Meet the team

With twenty-five years experience in finance and seven years experience as a chief investment officer, Simon heads up our investment team. 

He has overall responsibility for our investment strategy and closely monitors both the current and historical geo-political climate, international economics and financial markets. He has worked with major institutions, multinational companies and a global advisory firm.

Simon is committed to our values of ‘investment with integrity’.  Out of the office, he still finds time to enjoy visits to the opera, art exhibitions and collecting fine wines.

Describing herself as a “foreign policy realist”, Amy studied International Relations and Economics before working in London, Shanghai and Hong Kong.

A Mandarin speaker who believes that strategic studies must be combined with on-the-ground knowledge, Amy has visited many of the world’s more unusual political and investment hotspots including Myanmar, Mongolia, Paraguay and even North Korea.

An alumni of Scotland’s St. Andrew’s University, when not travelling Amy enjoys horse-riding and volunteering for the educational charity Room To Read.

Prior to joining Apt Capital Management in Hong Kong, Victoria worked in London and Zurich connecting Family Offices and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals to Specialist Fund Managers from all over the world. Victoria's connections and expertise in the Family Offices and Private Clients field boosts the Group's ability to build and maintain investor relationships. A St. Petersrburg native, Victoria is an excellent communicator in English and Russian.

Jet-setting Amy began her career as cabin crew with the notoriously demanding Cathay Pacific before moving to a variety of management roles with international companies.

As a native of Hong Kong, Amy speaks three languages so she’s able to easily assist our international clients during the on-boarding process.  Amy’s role is to ensure your experience of Apt Capital Management is seamless.

Amy loves animals and still enjoys travelling the world.

Juliana is a highly experienced administrator and ensures our Hong Kong office runs smoothly and efficiently.  With two languages at her disposal she brings enthusiasm and innovation to office management.  

With diplomas in piano performance Juliana is a highly accomplished and keen musician. She spends most of her free time at the piano, in the gym or at the beach.
